Not much going on this week besides me spending way more time than usual baking bread and watching nerdy TV. In my defense, the baking is my wife’s fault. She asked me to make bread. The nerd bit is totally on me. I started watching Star Trek: Picard. In the news, we’re going to court for some really stupid reasons.(more…)
Hope you’re having a pleasant holiday season. It’s been crazy busy around here as usual. We had a well executed, albeit tiring, Christmas, even if I did have a slight miscalculation in cooking Christmas dinner.
We’ve been watching a few new movies and shows over the holidays.

It’s Day 28 of NAPODPOMO and for some reason I spent today binging “Wednesday” on Netflix. I will say, I have my issues with it, but it’s overall a good show. Looking forward to season 2.

For Day 20 I bring to you one of the greatest bedtime stories ever written, “Go the Fuck To Sleep” by Adam Mansbach.
For day 18 of NAPODPOMO I am reading “The Very Thirsty Vampire” by Michael Teitelbaum.

For Day 14 of NAPODPOMO I’ve got a semi-review of a video game that I just started playing, “Mario+ Rabbids: Kingdom Battle.” I give it two thumbs up 👍👍
Today I watched the classic Billy Crystal movie, City Slickers for the first time in at least 10 years. It really takes me back to my childhood. Easily one of my all time favorite movies.
It’s currently on Netflix.
The snowball that is my train of thought is all over the place this week, and for some reason I keep starting off by talking about the weather…(more…)
