Howdy there Oddballs! I’m gonna try my best this week to try and keep things to just a couple topics. Whether that actually happens is anyone’s guess. On that note, we recently had a major trip to the dentist for one of our little monsters, and the outcome is going to get expensive. Also, I’ve got my more in depth review of “The Box Of Oddities.” And in my new “What’s Adam Listening to/ Watching” segement, my wife and I just finished binging the Netflix series, “Bridgerton.”(more…)

Oddballs: Friends of The Odd Dad Out Podcast
Before you freak out at the title, no I’m not changing up this show. At least for the most part. Rather, this week’s Recommended Listening will highlight a few podcasts that have changed since the last time I talked about them. Not much “Florida Man” in this week’s news, but a whole lot of stupid. And we’ve recently had to make a major change in our plans around the house.
Once again, I try to come back to the show and share my randomness about all things going on in my head. This time around, I explain my office/ recording situation, I get way too excited when I start talking about my gardens, and of course I go on tangent rabbit holes that even get me lost. I didn’t plan it this way, but it’s time for the “Guest of The Month!” And because I wasn’t planning to record yet, and she was bored, I’m talking to my wife, ReAnna.

As much as I love my my guest episodes, I’m always excited when my wife wants to sit down and record, because no matter what we’re talking about, we’re still being silly and giving each other crap the entire time.
This time around we’re going deeper into what we’ve had going on around the house during the age of Corona. We talk more about “distance learning” and just looking forward to school coming back next year. ReAnna shares her college journey from curious history major through theater and now graduating from ASU with an education degree on her way to a Master’s in Library Science.
This week I’m catching you up on what’s been going on around here while I’ve been releasing interviews. Long story short, school is closed, we’ve gotta homeschool the boys, ReAnna got sick, and I think we both may have had the corona, but can’t be sure.
