IS IT SPRING ALREADY
It’s only February, yet I’ve already had to have the a/c running in my house for weeks. I’ve had to get back into full scale yard work. And I’m starting to see the evil death critters from hell, scorpions, around the house again. I don’t want it to be spring yet. On top of that, in AZ we have spring training baseball. It may be great for the local economy, but it absolutely sucks for traffic. I just want winter to go on for a little longer.

Landlord: Tenant violated his lease by dying
A Seattle woman is fighting to get her brother’s security deposit and last month’s rent, to pay for funeral expenses, after he died of a heart attack. The landlord is refusing to return the money claiming that his death violated his lease and forfeits his deposit.
