Not only was the “Fyre Festival” a complete catastrophe of epic proportions, the fallout keeps coming. The event organizers and promoters are now being sued by the bucketful including a $100 million class action suit. Also included in another suit are the social media influencers who may have been paid to promote the event on their profiles including: models, designers, and other high profile social media celebrities. Apparently there is legal precedent that may result in those celebrities actually being held accountable for damages alongside the event organizers.
