When it rains it pours. Barely 2 days after getting home from the hospital from our last adventure, I had to rush our dog to the emergency vet not once, but twice in two days.

I’m sounding a little different this week on account of spending my drive home from work singing my head off to “The Commitments” soundtrack. I expand on a blog post I wrote this week about my difficulty recording the podcast recently. Plus, the return of “BS From The News” featuring a suspicious social media post and a crafty artist. Finally, a big announcement about myself and the next season of “The Rise Of King Asilas.”

Howdy there Oddballs! I’m gonna try my best this week to try and keep things to just a couple topics. Whether that actually happens is anyone’s guess. On that note, we recently had a major trip to the dentist for one of our little monsters, and the outcome is going to get expensive. Also, I’ve got my more in depth review of “The Box Of Oddities.” And in my new “What’s Adam Listening to/ Watching” segement, my wife and I just finished binging the Netflix series, “Bridgerton.”

In the last episode I started to talk about all of the things that I’ve been up to during the hiatus, before getting thumb deep into a bloody mess. This time the plan is to give you the rest of the update that I meant to give last time. And oh boy! Do I have a lot of stuff to share with you! I’m not gonna cover everything right now. We all know that would take hours and I’m completely capable of doing it. Instead, I’ll hit some high points, and if you want to hear more about something, you can just let me know.
And finally, an update on how the featured podcast segment is changing, and my first rebooted podcast review feature is going to, my very first audio drama love, “Welcome to Night Vale.”

Before you freak out at the title, no I’m not changing up this show. At least for the most part. Not much “Florida Man” in this week’s news, but a whole lot of stupid. And we’ve recently had to make a major change in our plans around the house.

Geeze I’m busy this week. With all of the preparing for NAPODPOMO I almost forgot I still needed to do a regular episode. On top of that, our dog has been sick and I’ve been having to take him back and forth to his vet with no answers yet. In the news: I’ve got a guy who likes to scam scammers, a stupid woman who should have been eaten, and R. Kelly reaffirming that he’s not only a douchebag, but also a jackass.
